Which parts should you supply?
Some components cannot be tested on their own. After you register, we tell you whether the display, control, controller, battery, charger, key, sensor, cable or motor is needed. Send or bring only the parts we ask for.
Testing limitations
Some functions can only be tested in the complete e-bike system. Without the full system we limit ourselves to functions and values that can be measured independently. We discuss this with you in advance.

Frequently asked questions
My e-bike display is dead. Can it be repaired?
Often, yes. Causes include a faulty power supply on the board, a broken cable, moisture or a poor connector. After diagnosis you know whether a repair makes sense.
What does an error code on my e-bike mean?
An error code usually points to a communication or sensor problem between display, controller, battery and motor. Please include the exact code when you register.
Do you repair e-bike motors?
Selected e-bike motors and motor controllers, depending on brand, type and the availability of parts.
Do you repair VanMoof bikes?
No, we do not repair VanMoof bikes or fat bikes.
