Device Repair diagnoses and repairs e-bike electronics, e-bike batteries with BMS, circuit boards and selected robot vacuums and robot mowers. We look for the real cause of a fault instead of replacing complete modules.
Why repair instead of replace?
A faulty e-bike display, controller or battery is often replaced as a whole, while the cause lies in a single component, a solder joint or a connector. With measuring equipment and electronics expertise we repair wherever it is technically sound. That saves money, avoids waste and keeps your device in use for longer.

All year round: e-bike electronics
We repair e-bike electronics, e-bike batteries, BMS, displays, controllers and e-bike circuit boards all year round. Robot vacuums, robot mowers and other (non-e-bike) electronics are only accepted in the winter season, from October to March.
How a repair works

- After confirmation you send or bring only the parts we ask for
- You receive a diagnosis and proposal; paid repairs only start after your approval
What we do not repair
We do not repair VanMoof bikes or fat bikes. Fully potted, badly burnt or mechanically destroyed electronics cannot always be repaired. We make no unrealistic promises and tell you honestly when a repair is not sensible.
Frequently asked questions
Can I drop by without an appointment?
No. Please register your repair online first. Drop-off is only possible after registration and confirmation; waiting during diagnosis or repair is not possible.
Is there a diagnosis fee?
Disassembly, measurements and investigation may involve a diagnosis fee. You are informed before any paid investigation starts.
How long does a repair take?
From a few days to several weeks, depending on complexity and the availability of parts.
Can I send my device from abroad?
Yes, after registration and our confirmation. Lithium batteries are subject to special transport rules and must never be shipped without our permission.
