Robot mower and robot vacuum repair

Has your robot mower or robot vacuum stopped starting, does it no longer charge on its dock or does it keep showing the same error code? Device Repair investigates selected robots with faults in charging, sensors, electronic control, motor control, circuit boards, wiring and connectors.

Possible faults

Winter season only (October to March)

We only accept robot vacuums and robot mowers from October to March. From April to September we focus entirely on e-bike electronics. You are welcome to register your robot; outside the season we schedule it for the winter.

Acceptance

We assess brand, model, age, fault, safety, access to the electronics, availability of parts and technical information, test options and whether a repair makes economic sense. General maintenance and purely mechanical wear are not automatically part of our work.

Registering

State the model, serial number, complaint, error codes, previous repairs and available accessories such as the dock and power supply, and add clear photos. Only send or bring the device after our confirmation.

Frequently asked questions

My robot mower no longer charges on its dock. What could it be?

Often a faulty power supply, dirty or corroded charging contacts, the charging electronics on the board or a worn battery. We measure what is actually wrong.

Do you replace blades and wheels?

No, we focus on electronics. General maintenance and purely mechanical wear are not automatically part of our work.

Which brands do you repair?

We assess each brand and model depending on parts, technical information and test options. Please register your robot with the exact model.

Should I send the charging dock as well?

After you register, we tell you which parts are needed. The dock with power supply is often required to test the charging function.

Have your electronics assessed

Register the fault first with brand, model, error codes and photos. You will receive confirmation and instructions before you send or bring anything.
